A year ago I wrote an overview of the early history of virtual reality here. Naughty stereoscopes offered an early 3D experience of affairpage sexual pornography. Early pornographers made a lot of these and sold them. A blogger who went missing many years ago bought these special sexual porn stereoscopes on eBay. The buyer scanned them and posted them online bit by bit over a year. As far as I know, this is the first time they’ve been brought together in one place. Either way, the buyer believed the photo was French and depicted a French affair with a sex worker from the 1930s. That’s understandable. The further back in time you go, the closer the connection between erotic pornography and sex work becomes. That is, erotic pornography models are a form of affairpage sex work. But many beautiful young erotic pornography models don’t see it that way. And they may never do sex work. But if you go back a long way, porn brothels were legal in many places (or at least tolerated by bribed police). Do sex porn? Not so much! This may be why many of the early affairpage sex porn pictures were released in settings similar to porn brothels. We can speculate that porn brothels were the easiest place to find women willing to pay for the erotic service of posing for raunchy photos. Were all of these stereo photos of particular adultery sex porn taken by the same photographer or in the same location? There is no evidence other than the clues contained in the images themselves. We suspect that at least some are from the same source and were taken in the same location. If you are into this kind of thing, it is a lot of fun to compare the faces, lingerie, and wallpaper patterns and determine whether the different photos are from the same photographer or the same porn brothel. (If you want to, click on the images to see a high-resolution scan that is twice the size of the original, which shows the details more clearly.) Normally, we would think of hot French porn brothels in Paris or Paris. Different urban environments. So how to explain that some of the photos in this series depict idyllic natural scenes? It’s hard to say, but the lingerie suggests that they are not French peasant women recruited on their Sunday drive to the village market. Our heroic photographer gave away so many francs during his pornographic brothel photoshoot that I think his next proposal was convincing: Ladies, would you like to take a trip with me to the countryside? I’ll bring my camera! It will be fun, I promise, and you will be paid very well… You may have noticed that some of the related indoor pornographic brothel photos include flogging scenes and spanking and whipping poses. Do we see whip marks on at least one model in the outdoor scene? For as long as affairpage sexual pornography has existed on infidelity sites, some of it has been kinky. What this says about human sexuality I’ll leave as an exercise for the reader…
